I've been experiencing an issue in OBS 29.1.3 regarding settings saving.
For some reason instead of CBR it switches over to CQP.
I've seen other posts about profile config files being "read only" this is not the case.
This also happens with a new profile from scratch.
I follow the Xaymar StreamFX optimization guide and have been using that for over year.
I think this issue started when i replaced my GPU but i don't see how that has any effect on the problem.
For some reason, obs changes the folder to read only partially, it ends up making a new backup file in the folder and doesn't read the normal json.
Then if i copy and paste the settings from the json into the back up file it just overwrites them.
This is with a clean install.
My current workaround is to set all the settings, save it and then start the stream, every time i want to stream.
