Question / Help OBS Settings Reset

So not sure what happened, but OBS completely reset to all default settings. I opened it, and as always, it asked me some question that I can't remember, but I was clicking too fast and closed it. Then OBS re-opened, and it was completely reset. Not sure what happened, but if anybody knows how to restore it, that would be great.

Don't remember my settings, but will try my best to fix it, but in the mean time, if anybody could help, that would be great.
