OBS settings lost - GUI missing

Running Windows 10. Started OBS as normal and everything was gone (see picture). Not even sure how to start all over in this screen. Sorry, I'm a novice.
Installed Visual Studio Code on computer recently. Not sure that's what causing this. Updated to latest OBS version without any change to my issue.

Have you recently added a second user account to the computer? If so and it's a administrator running OBS as administrator will separate instances and cause this to happen. You can fix this by not running OBS as administrator or by deleting the second account or making it not an administrator.
