Good afternoon.
Can someone help me set up my obs?

I've tried several times, several bitrates, followed several tutorials and will always give breiks.
If they can help thank you

The specs of my pc are
▶ Cpu: i7 6700k
▶ Cooler: Corsair H110
▶ Gpu: Asus GTX 970 4GB DDR5
▶ Ram: G.SKILL PC4-25600 3200Mhz 8GB TRIDENTZ SERIES
▶ Motherboard: Asus ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO
▶ HDD: OCZ Trion 100 240 GB SSD
Res: 1920 x 1080, 144Hz
OS: Microsoft Windows 10Pro

I want to record to 1920x1080 60fps to youtube
And I would like to stream too to youtube.

My net is 200Mb Download and 100Mb of upload.
I am from Portugal.
