Question / Help OBS settings for streaming while playing LOL HELP

Hi guys i am trying to make stream while i am playing league of legends but when i play the ping goes 200ms and i have 1000 bitrate only while my connection upload gives me 2.05 mb upload speed can anyone help me with the settings and how i can stabilize the ping in lol . I know people that streaming with 1 mbps upload speed

There's no stream/record attempt in that log, but why are you using display capture? You should be using window capture for the lobby, and game capture for the game.

As for the connection issues, it doesn't sound like your internet is fast enough to stream. You can't really get anything watchable quality under around 2mbps

i have tried to stream game window only and its the same thing in the ping .... i want at least stream at 480 p i know thats possible for 480 twitch needs 900-1200 bitrate and i have 2mbps upload speed so i have 2000 bitrate... but even if i use 900bitrate in league of legends ping goes up and down like crazy!

You can try the new network code with the low latency option enabled (Settings -> Advanced, near the bottom), but really you need to just get better internet.
