Question / Help Obs settings for recording

I've tried some different settings for recording but sometimes is freezing for a second , multiple times , randomly on the video . So I need your advice how should I pick them for a proper recording 1080p 60 fps .

Then you just change that setting once it is done. It will leave the other settings alone.

If you need to, you can just make a note of the settings in the simple mode and then duplicate them in advanced mode. The logfile will also show the settings suggested by the wizard.
