Question / Help OBS settings for my PC

Hey i want to start recording with OBS my League Of Legends games;
My PC resolution is 1680x1050
Windows 7 ( 32bit )
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU
E2160 @1.80GHz 1.80GHz
RAM: 4.00GB
If any other information is needed, let me know.
PLS help me find the right settings for recording a medium/high quality league of legends match.

Though I will add that your CPU is pretty terrible and streaming for you in half-decent quality will be a near-impossibility.

I do not intend on streaming, i want to record my games on my computer, like Fraps does (just that it needs lots of free space which i don't have).
And what you have sent me is a STREAM settings estimator, but anyway thanks for replying

Well, regardless, recording and streaming put the same load on your computer, so either way, you will not get good performance.
