Question / Help OBS Settings for 20Mbps Upload Speed

Hi,
I want to stream Games for example Fortnite, GTA V to Twitch, Youtube with 20Mbps Upload Speed and 60fps but I don't know what is the ideal settings.

Anybody can help me?

My computer specifications:
CPU: i5 4460 3.2GHz
GPU: Asus GTX 960 2GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3
OS: Win 10 Pro

Download: 500Mbps
Upload: 20-22Mbps

Use the auto-config wizard and Simple Output Mode to start. Make sure you cap your in-game FPS. Don't stream above 6,000 kbps to Twitch. Feel free to push much higher for YouTube. If you're not satisfied with those results, come back with an explanation of what is wrong with your stream output (blurriness, blockiness, choppy video, dropped frames, etc.) and a log file. It'll be easier to recommend adjustments after that point.
