Question / Help OBS Settings all wrong again

Good day, I was having problems earlier this week with OBS and seemed to have been fixed, but I started playing different games I have and it has started to make the end results stutter like crazy again, voice/video capture device(chroma key) do not match video either. thank you in advance

After a full week of trying to get this thing to work, I'm really debating on buying xsplit because this does not seem to work. my facecam is perfect, but my game, wow it freezes. I have a decent computer that should not do this. AMD 8350@4.0ghz 16g Ram and Geforce GTX1060 3g brand... new 2TB HDD 7200 anyone please help I am loosing my mind! I play a game and record but every recording is shit...
