Hostname Found, but no data of the requested type.This can occur if you have bound to an IPv6 Address, and your streaming service only has IPv4 Addresses.

How to fix this ?

Settings - advanced, set the bind to address back to default

If you're streaming to Wowza you need to enable the instance before OBS can connect to it.
