Question / Help OBS setings for recording??

Hello i have cpu amd fx 8300 and gpu nvidia gtx 750 ti and i dont know what setings i can set for best recording games like gta5 or call of duty or minecraft please help me!!
 
Hi, This is shailaja I have been using OBS software for my facebook live streams everything went correct at the last step when i start clicking on the "Start Streaming" it is showing the error as "failed to connect to server"could please help me out to solve this.
