Question / Help OBS set 60fps, records at 60fps in game but video file is 35fps

There is 2 lines that says this

For future reference, the card is a GCN 1 card which can only do up to 60 fps at 1920x1080. It depends entirely on how much data is being pushed to the VRAM.
