OBS sessions live - no audio

Hi I’ve downloaded obs to do a live stream on sessions live and I can’t get any audio? Ive got video just no audio, I’ve been at it for three days now? I’m not that tech Savvy so would appreciate any help, I’m working with a Mac btw
