Hi everyone! I'll post my almost the same question there :)
I have:
Core i5-2500K, RX 470 (8 Gb), RAM 8Gb, connection http://pix.my/oeQ6oA
When I'm streaming on youtube there is one problem:
I can't find best settings (always have some blurring) My settings is:
http://pix.my/BBpFGH
http://pix.my/AP4TR1 (in this expert settings changed only target bitrate and coding type)
http://pix.my/gNc9Io
http://pix.my/sdmNvm
May be I do incorrectly but I tried to many variants and they didn't help.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thank you. Here is:
https://gist.github.com/anonymous/359ab131b63a23a5183daba630cb4ebe

I made stream yesterday and it was awfull. My resolution in OBS was 1080p HD and that always in motion: http://pix.my/VW2tsf (in Minecraft it's cool stuff to blur pixels like a shaders :) but only there)
When I'm opening inventory (don't moving) it's quite well: http://pix.my/v1nMIe

I really hope that you can help me. I tried many variants...

UPD.: Here is crash report which appears rare:

That is not a crash log.

Please provide the relevant crash log(s) for your issue. Press WinKey+R or go to Start > Search and type %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes. The contents can be copied to https://gist.github.com/ and then linked here.

This crash is being caused by the Browser Source still. We are aware of that particular crash, but are still investigating the cause.
