OBS seems to be fine, stream does still lag somehow

Hey there,

here a few infos:
50k VDSL with 10 mBit/s upload.
CPU is sometimes at 7% more or less.
I have a GTX 750 from Nvidia.

And still, sometimes OBS seems to be fine but the stream is laggy as hell.

Personally, i wouldn't stream with NVENC.at 1080@30fps, I would downscale to 720p at the highest. the 750 has an early version of NVENC which I believe couldn't do bframes but I cant recall exactly.

Either way, downscale to 720p and leave everything else alone.

i would also update to the latest non-game-ready driver from nVidia. That being said, I would also remove monitor capture from all of your scenes.

NVENC is not suitable for streaming in OBS Studio as it doesn't have proper CBR support. If you require it for streaming you should use OBS1 or wait for 0.14.
