Question / Help OBS seems like it's using 100% bandwidth.

Hey guys.

Just wanted to see if I could get some help regarding my issues I've been having. Started streaming again after quite some time and been having constant disconnect/reconnect problems. I've been testing a private stream on YouTube, trying to download a game while streaming and the second the download begins, the stream cuts out. I've been doing this to replicate the issues I've been having during my stream because it doesn't happen very often, but it happens enough for me to notice it and get annoyed by having to go through a process of restarting the stream on a newer platform. These are my speeds, I should have 0 issues with connection. All of these problems occur the second I start my stream though, it's almost like OBS is sucking up all the bandwidth I have.

Do you have 3rd party network / QoS software liker Killer networks? That is known to cause issues.

Called my ISP, nothing wrong on their end. I don't have any VPNs installed, no third party LAN software, nothing.

Like I said, to replicate the connection drops, I've been trying to install games while live. I can install games on my phone and on my PS4 just fine, but whenever I start a download on my PC, the connection drops.
