Hello, a noobie here, I have a Win 10 laptop with a cell phone running IP Webcam. The phone camera is the video feed over a home wifi connection. I am trying to monitor a bee colony/activity in real time. OBS is showing the cell camera video feed properly, however, the video is constantly refreshing. At this time I am not 100% sure if it is an OBS or IP Webcam setting. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
