Obs screen the camera always freezes :(

Hello.
Bought a new computer for Twitch streaming. But on Obs screen the camera always freezes :(
I can't restart. I am usb pulling camlink 4k usb and restart Obs. The camera is active again. But after a few minutes it freezes again.
Obs I tried all the settings. ( x264 and Ndivia )
I've been dealing with this problem for 2 days.

I have been trying to solve this problem for 2 days.
I would be very happy if you help.

Graphic card: Rtx 3080ti
Harddisk: Sandisk Pro 1tb / Corsair mp400 4tb

How do I get the obs log?
I am sad. I will be Twitch for the first time. I am learning a lot of new things.
No. I just used Camlink 4k and obs.
When I run it with obs processor, the video freezes.
After selecting the graphic card, the video did not freeze. But when I use the Stream Deck software, it freezes again when it is on the graphic card.
