OBS screen stuck.. can't record GTA 5..

Hello, I'm Zaid and I am having a problem while recording.. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3Laptop.. and my screen keeps getting stuck after checking OBS if it is recording or not..
So i have turned down my settings to 720p60fps with Bicubic too.. but still the same issue..help..
my PC specs:
Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14ITL6
64bit Operating System
8GB DDR4 Ram
512GB Storage SSD
Intel Iris XE Graphics
Nvidia GeForce MX450 GDDR5 2GB
Intel Core i7 (11th gen) (1165G7) 4cores 8 threads..
Would be really Appreciated if you solve this issue..

What does "stuck" mean? That's not normally a term that computer people use.

• Is it frozen? Completely still image? Can't even move the mouse?
• Does the mouse work, but nothing else?
• Is everything okay except for OBS?
• Does Alt-TAB still work?
• Etc.

It is frozen then after sometime when I try to stop recording it gets stuck on stopping recording..
