Obs screen resize issue

Idk what I pressed.. but now my obs won't expand vertically, only horizontal and when it does resize horizontally it resizes my whole capture screen. The docks don't resize, I can resize my obs to maximum on the top right next to the exit button, but then that doesn't show all of my docks and plus it's inconvenient..

For example, if I resize my obs horizontally it will resize my capture screen up and down.. it won't resize anything else, I just need to be able to resize my obs again so I can multitask. Part of my obs also is going off of my screen vertically, it will NOT go left or right at all.. something is locked it seems?

All panels has minimum size limit. You cannot shrink panes below this limit. Please, arrange your docked panes in OBS taking into account theirs limits.
