OBS Screen Recording Suddenly Corrupted?

Hi, a few weeks ago I screen recorded on my Mac for about an hour. I opened it in Quicktime afterwards and everything seemed to be great. Last week I put the recording into a project on Premiere Pro and trimmed it, and today I opened it to watch through it. The first 30-ish minutes of the video were fine, but I paused at this point and then when I tried to play it wouldn't work. The video preview screen was black, and after restarting Premiere Pro it told me "Media Pending." I went to the screen recording and all of a sudden it wouldn't open in Quicktime Player or even VLC. When I press get info on it, it tells me that the duration is 0:00, but it's still 1.4 GB. QuickTime Player says "The document '__' could not be opened. An unknown error has occurred (~12842)." The video got corrupted while it was being used in Premiere Pro but I don't know if this is related and I'm so confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated !! Log is attached
