I screen recorded a discord call where I shared my screen and recorded everything while switching between windows; the recording video caught all the audio but the footage didn't capture all the video. A big chunk of the video the recording was stuck on 1 part of the video (as if the video froze and there was no movement on the recording but theres audio). At another point in the video it begins to show the screen on the footage but then freezes and stops to record any movement on the video but captures all the audio.
Essentially the 1.5hour long video it only recorded everything on the first 5 minutes; afterwards the video froze on whatever it was at when it froze but got all the audio.
I had this same issue with another recording software as well. And yes I did have my entire screen selected as a source and not a specific window
PC Specs:
Windows 11
AMD Ryzen 9 5900x (12 core)
32GB Ram @ 3600mhz
EVGA NVIDIA 3080TI
I do have 3 monitors on during the recording (3x1440p monitors; recording one monitor at 1440p)
Anyone think this is a bottleneck on my hardware or is this a windows bug?
