OBS Screen recording being blurry, unable to read text/get any detail out of the video, please help!

Hello!
I've been trying out sereval things already to fix recording a screen, but the outcome is pretty blurry always. I'm recording a video from Picarto, not sure if it's important information but I thought I should say it.

I link here 2 pics comparing each other so if you can help me with any tip I would be super happy!
( Already tried out switch off my firewall, choosen to record videos are lossless and really huge, also the option to use it on simple/advenced more on the output options, bitrate put to 60.000, also use video card instead of cpu, nothing helped to make it better so far :/ )

I know the pics are pretty small but you can see it's not even possible to read anymore on the second one, and this is my problem.. it would be great if i could record the video as sharp (or atleast readable the text on it), as the original :/

OBS is not designed for ripping other people's content.

Sorry if you are missunderstood me, I'm not ripping of anybody's content :) Picarto is a free streaming website, anybody able to join an watch the streams, also I only record the artist's videos to be able to study them later on. Also the artist is fine with it, so I don't see any problem about it. Plus I wouldn't dare to upload it to anywhere else, it's only for me and for study purposes.
Aynways I found the sollution, and I will delete this post soon.
