Question / Help OBS Screen Record of a fixed region - Wide Black Border

Hi
my notebook has a UHD-resolution and I chose a fixed region (1920x1080) for my screenvideo in OBS.

When I open this record with the vlc-Player, everything is fine!

Then I cuted it with Shotcut (also the settings 1920x1080) and after exporting I see a black wide border around my video.

Why?
