So let me start by saying this issue doesnt really have to do with OBS exactly, like OBS works fine, its more of some weird setting or monitor being turned off for a couple of hours which causes the window for OBS to mess up.
Here is a screenshot of what happens to OBS:
So you can see the window is like duplicated, going inward, I do not have the option from what I see to fix it unless I turn off OBS and restart it.
Wondering if anyone here has run into this sort of a issue with Windows 10.
Steps:
Start up OBS
Turn off Monitor Power but leave computer running
Come back after a couple of hours and turn monitor back on
OBS Window then shows up like the screenshot above.

I dont have any screensaver nor power saving elements on from what I've seen for the GPU or Monitor, using a Nvidia 1080 GPU.
