OBS screen freeze phenomenon

Hello, I have a question about OBS streaming.

Environment: YouTube streaming / Windows 10

CPU: i7 11700 2.5GHz / RAM: 16GB

OBS Version: 31.1.1 64bit

Symptom: Streaming runs smoothly, but the screen freezes when other tasks occur on the computer (not the one being streamed).

Resetting the video capture device restored normal operation.

It was working fine before,

but this issue suddenly occurred.

Does anyone know a solution or cause?

Please respond.

 
FYI you're version is 32.0.4
1. Run OBS as Admin
2. Change the FPS on your AVMATRIX from 60 to 30 to match your output FPS.
3. It looks like you added that twice in different scene as 비디오 캡쳐 장치 and 비디오 캡쳐 장치 2. Unless you are changing parameters, remove 2 and add existing.
