I setup OBS Studio as I want and now I have a LOT of stuff there.
How to backup my profile or something?

just copy the obs folder under program files or the obs user folder in your profile. the location depends what OS you are running.

I don't think there is a built in backup process, but happy to be proven wrong.

i've found what i want!
just backup these folders:

c:\Users\!!!your account name!!!\AppData\Roaming\obs-studio\basic\
