OBS Scene Freezes When Launching a Game

Hello all. I am having am issue where my Entire scenes completely freeze up after launching a game. I has happened with pretty much any Triple A title that I launch, including Cod and Fortnite. I want to stream playing Fortnite, and cannot. I have streamed playing Fortnite before, but I have been on a long break from streaming. I was testing out OBS and everything to make sure all is working well when this occured. Here is a link to my current log file from OBS.

Hello. I need help. OBS Scenes freeze up completely when I launch any games. This never happened to me before, but I have been on an extended break from streaming. This only happens when games launch, then OBS scenes unfreezes after 3-5 minutes, but when I switch between the game window and OBS it keeps happening.
