Bug Report OBS Scene Freeze when switching OBS tab between monitors

Whenever I drag my OBS tab/preview across my monitors the scene freezes...

I can't reproduce this in Windows 10; it may be a limitation of display capture in Windows 7. Due to the way Vista/7 works you really should avoid using display capture at all if you can help it, it performs very poorly there.

Are both monitors connected to your GPU, or is one using integrated graphics?
