I've got what I consider an unusual issue. This started when I switched to 29.0 it has gotten worse when I switched to the current update 29.02 (64Bit).
When I build a scene or obs starts on a scene that has a cam or two on it, One cam or both will not show up. If Zoom is open, it will usually effect which cam shows up. If I try to remove the cam that isn't showing and reinstall it, the reinstallation will happen, but the cam will still not work. Rebooting the machine has no effect, restarting OBS will fix it sometimes, other times not, It's a crap shoot. As I stated, this didn't happen when I installed 28. Suggestions?
