OBS says the stream has started and is live but it's offline on Twitch

Hi there, been trying to stream for the past few hours and have made many changes to no avail (including uninstalling and re-installing OBS). OBS constantly shows that I'm live but the Twitch stream is just offline. If it's of any relevance, I stream using a relay server because I'm in Africa and have previously been able to go live without issue, I'd appreciate any help :).
