OBS says I'm streaming, but Twitch says I'm not

Hey all,

Encountered a weird bug today I have never seen before.
I moved semi-recently, but haven't streamed in at least 6 months.

I booted up OBS, double checked all my settings - including firewall allowance and everything... But even if OBS says I'm streaming, Twitch refuses to actually show what I'm streaming to it.

Other steps I took to remedy this was to:
1. Re-install OBS
2. Reconnect my Twitch account to OBS
3. Check audio devices for audio sampling mismatches
4. Check network settings and ensure that dynamic bitrate was disabled

A bit lost as far as what could be causing it - especially since OBS is acknowledging that it is sending frames of data to Twitch, but Twitch is not displaying it.

One thing I will add, another method of verifying that Twitch is not displaying: My Discord status also never updates to accommodate the livestream.

Thoughts?

Here's my attached log:

I was able to test with https://inspector.twitch.tv/ that using JUST my stream key enabled me to actually get a connection with Twitch, but syncing and connecting my Twitch account to OBS did not work.

A successful test with just using the stream key:

To clarify "OBS connected to Twitch", I mean under the 'Stream' settings - you have the option to connect an account or put in a stream key.

If I logged in with my Twitch credentials, I would not be able to stream.
If I just put in the stream key I got from Twitch, it appears to work. I'll follow-up with an actual stream and see if it works
