OBS says "connecting..." when trying to stream

I literally streamed last week and now it's not working for whatever reason.

I've gone through just about every fix for the "failed to connect" issue, including allowing it through my firewall and resetting my stream key.

I've included a log file, but I don't know if it helps much because I can't stop streaming to upload a clean file because it also hasn't started.

 
You could have a talk with the people providing the service at
rtmp://piczel.tv:1935/

Did you tried to connect to a more common platform like youtube? What happens if you leave your machine alone for - say - ten minutes? No error confirming dialog popup? No timeout message? That way you could earn a more comfortable log file.
