Bug Report OBS Runs in the Background Even After I Close It

As of late I have noticed that OBS will sometimes run in the background even after I close it and I have to manually close it from the task manger. This does not happen every time and I cannot seem to reproduce it deliberately but I have the log files from last time it happened. I am running OBS Studio 22.0.2 on linux mint 18.3 xfce and an amd r5 raedeon processor and a bit under 4 gigs of ram. I will keep testing to see what may trigger this to happen

This seems to happen with me when running a script though idk if it is because of that particular script or if it's a thing with any script
my OS is Windows 10 btw
