Unfortunately the graphic card you have does not have nvidia encoder on there to off load the video encoding to it (this is list of supported cards)

You will have to play with your encoder settings and start from CPU Usage preset - Ultrafast and see if that helps. If it does, go to the next setting till you've maxed out you CPU.
