So Ive been trying to stream lately and anytime i open a game obs suddenly drops down to stream at 17 fps Ive checked my task manager and my CPU is only at 40% load. Ive tried to look up fixes but haven't been able to find anything, Ive tried changing the bitrate and the output resolution but it didn't do anything to the fps. Id like to get into streaming but this is stopping me so any info will help.
