As what the title says. when OBS is running games do not and will not load. As soon as OBS is exited games will boot up/play fine. When trying to stream three days ago I realized this problem. Resetting DOES not work do not try. Reinstalling OBS DOES not work do not try. Moving your games to a different is a temporary fix, however, people like me who don't have any extra storage can not do that. IF you know any other solution let me know. Thanks.
