Every time I launch OBS no window ever comes up. The program comes up in task manager (0% usage on cpu, gpu, and disk) but there is never any actual OBS window on the screen or on the taskbar. I have seen people with similar issues as far back of 2016 and have tried numerous solutions and they have all failed. I have reinstalled OBS multiple times, cleared my roaming file, manually uninstalled all of the old OBS files, and ran as administrator. I cannot find out how to get this to work.
