Question / Help OBS RTMP Server Source Switching

Hi i'm wondering if I install obs on my linux server with no graphics card could I use vnc or something similar and use obs to live stream

background :
I'm going to be doing a 3 day live stream with some family and we will be streaming at different times or I'm using the video capture plugin to import each of the rtmp sources into obs and using obs to stream to YouTube twitch and hitbox etc and then I will use the scenes in obs to switch between players

my main question is can I use obs without any gpu's connected

No, OBS requires a GPU.

You can use something like ffmpeg command line to output a stream, but you won't be able to do any sort of compositing with a setup like that.

ok but obs is only going to use the cpu for encoding so can I just use an old graphics card like a gt210 or intergrated graphics instead
