OBS/Rodecaster Pro Audio

Hello! I am having a terrible time trying to figure out what is going on with my audio. Please stick with me because this is going to sound complicated.

I need to hear EVERYTHING happening in OBS through the HEADPHONES plugged into the Roadcaster EXCEPT the mics from the Rodecaster (because we can already hear those since they are connected to the board).

What settings are best?

What I need may also be confusing so I am sorry if this simplified explication is bad. :(

OBS is a sophisticated tool for both audio routing and mixing.
And then you have an external device involved... so what you can do for audio routing. mixing, and monitoring depends on how that device (roadcaster) is connected to OBS

are you asking to have audio devices (microphones) plugged into rodecaster, including headphones, routing that audio to OBS and then what to route that audio back out to the Rodecaster to be able to listen on headphones, but only certain inputs?
uhh
does the rodecaster have a digital interface, such that you can see each input (audio channel) individually in OBS? or are you doing a single analog signal out of Rodecaster into OBS PC? if yes, the channels are merged, separately them later will be a challenge if not impossible

Have you drawn out the exact audio path of every audio channel ? and then whether you can maybe use sub-channel groupings (not sure if Rodecaster has such an ability)
