Question / Help OBS Rocket league lag

Hello!

I got a problem with streaming rocket league. It lags alot, i've been trying to change the bitrate and encoding but it still doesn't work. I don't feel the lag ingame or see it in the OBS window, but I see it on twitch and in my recordings.

You're trying to use the x264 slower preset, your system isn't capable of this. Reset it back to veryfast or use Tools / Auto Configuration to find more appropriate settings.

I've tried everything from ultrafast to placebo and still the same issue :/
