OBS resetting iPad clock

It’s very odd. I have my iPad mini 6 plugged into my M2 Mac Mini, and when I start OBS on the Mac, to record the iPad screen, it sets the clock on the iPad to 9:20. When it’s actually 19:20. As soon as I shutdown OBS the time goes back to normal on the iPad.
It records the iPad just fine, except for resetting the clock.

I’m writing this on my iPad so don’t have a log file just now.

This is showing the time and date in the top left of the iPad as 9:41, Tuesday 9 Jan.
