Question / Help OBS registering audio, but audio can't be heard in playback.

The audio bar fluctuates when I play desktop audio, and recorded perfectly fine while I was testing Studio settings, but then suddenly stopped working.

I really don't know what's going on, and any solutions that I've seen have all said that using the x64 bit version - which I'm doing - will fix it. Well, I am, and it doesn't.

Does your media player support multi-track audio? Maybe it can't play all the tracks, which would explain the issue.

I didn't have the problem with playback when I first started recording, but all of a sudden it stopped working. It's working fine now, but I don't know what I did :/

Edit: just checked my latest recording, and it's not working again
