OBS refusing to post to Facebook

I've been in charge of live streaming our church services for the past three years. OBS has been bullet proof during this time.
This past Sunday that was not the case. No matter what I tried I'd either get a failure message in OBS or FB would not give me the "Go Live" button.
Here's my list of tries. If you're having a similar problem or stumbled upon a solution, Please let me know.
Specs
Mac OSX 15.1
OBS 31.0.1
Upload speed 40.1 mb

I made multiple attempts to remedy problem:
Closed FB page and relaunched
Closed OBS and Relaunched
Rebooted computer
Reset URL
Reset stream key
Changed network

I did not have an alternative browser to switch into......that's the next possible solution. If anyone else has experienced this or know what I could be missing, please let me know.

So, I just updated the OS to 15.3.1. At this time it seems to be working although I'll retest several times to see if I can identify the issue. This was using Safari. In looking at the "what's new," all I can identify is security fixes. I will update after I can reset several times to see if this actually was a fix or whether I was just lucky.

This is a Facebook issue. I've been using Wirecast and ran into the same problem. I just learned how to do it by going thru FB / go live / use RTMP address. I'm new to OBS, but hope it allows the same.

Maybe that works for some people ... BUT... we don't have to do that, so beware thinking that using a manually configured RTMP stream setting is required for FB (clearly, it isn't).

Is FB screwing up? clearly... BUT... exactly what that screw-up is I suspect isn't a 'simple/easy' answer

If this advice helps some people, great, but something to regularly check and go back to regular stream settings as soon as practical

And don't ignore part of issue may be your computer OS and/or security software [including Browser cache/cookies], or network router/firewall (or similar) interfering [hence others not having a problem, like us]
