Awaiting someone with more advanced knowledge at this field, have a look at the OBS Log Analyzer. The log file you provided contains an Auto-Config Wizard run, so it is not reliable. Please restart OBS and stream and/or record for at least 30 seconds. Then provide that log.

Try to avoid streaming via Wi-Fi. It can feel very stable to your friend at normal usage, but having a constant 30fps FullHD stream is a very high load. Only the slightest instabilities and hickups can cause serious lagging.

The C922 Pro Stream Webcam's built in microphone has a lower sample rate than the rest. Is it possible to set it to 48 kHz too?

That Log analyzer is very helpful, thanks! She says she's using a wired connection but I was confused when the log said wifi so I will confirm she is on a wired connection. Not sure what auto-config wizard is but I will get her to provide another log.

I will ask her about the webcam sample rate.
