Question / Help OBS Red Dot / Black Screen / Transparent Capture (GCapture)(Laptop)

So, i've been researching for around 2 weeks now, and I have a Laptop...

Here is what I tried to do: Run as admin, set the obs to integrated and to dedicated graphics card. (I have no quicksink/Gsink or anything)
[i7 9750H // GTX 2060 // 16Gb RAM]
Tested both in my HD and in my SSD
And it doesn't work, ffs nothing works, everything in gamecapture returns a dot in the corner, if I rescale the image to mach (right click, transform, F) it returns a "Black Screen" BUT IT IS NOT BLACK!!! I'd like to emphasize this because I can't find anything talking about it, always it goes to the transparent overlay bugs... I stream with my webcam on, so with the cam cene UNDER the "BlackScreen" it shouldn't appear... but thet's not the case...

Any ideas?

Well, i´d love that that would be the problem.... but it has been happening with D2, R6, LoL and everything else... Would that be the problem in every single game that I play?

Edit: I think I sounded rude, if so, sorry for that m8, you´re helping me with an answer, ty :D
