Question / Help OBS Records Steam Overlay Even Thought It Shouldnt

Hey Ive been using OBS to stream for a couple of days now and I could not figure out why it records the steam overlay ingame. The option in the settings doesnt work and Ive tried multiple other things like changing window mode ingame.

I also capture it via game capture
