Question / Help OBS records only Track 2!

Please, help me, cause I'm really close to madness.
Three days ago I've started to use OBS. It took me a whole day to configure the recording settings. When I was done, I've recorded some test videos. They were fine to me. The next day in the morning (yesterday), I've noticed that the OBS doesn't record the Game Capture. The screen was all black and all you could record was audio. It took me about 3 hours to figure out what's going on ( I still don't know what I've done - I tried hundreds of methods). I was happy back then. FINALLY! I GOT IT ALL FIXED!
The same day in the evening, I had a 1v1 cw in M&B:Warband. It was quite important for me and I really wanted to record it. When I played the video I was disappointed again. The screen was ok, but the OBS didn't record the System audio. It recorded only microphone (Mic was track 2, system track 1)...
I was trying to fix it by myself. It took few hours as well, but this time I found only a problem/bug. I couldn't find a fix to this, or related topic.
Back to the main point: OBS RECORDS ONLY TRACK 2! Why? My config is on the screen beneath:

If I check 'Mic/Aux' on track 2 along with 'Desktop Audio', it will record both sources to one track. If I uncheck 'Desktop Audio' and check only 'Mic/Aux', it will record only mic. Please help me somebody!

Can you also check them with VLC? A lot of NLEs have trouble with importing multitrack audio in mp4/mov video files.
