I've been using OBS for a year now and this problem never came up until now. OBS keeps recording with a weird glitch effect.
I've tried to switch up my settings and play around with them but nothing seems to work
My computer is a Mac Catalina with 4096 x 2304 resolution.
The recording glitch appears below (when ever there is motion it shows this recording quality)
