OBS records entire monitor on game capture

Started a couple months ago I believe. I noticed when I alt-tabbed or shift-tabbed when playing a steam game, whatever I saw was also shown on the stream/recording when it shouldn’t be since I am on game capture instead of monitor capture. Another thing I noticed is I can see my Nvidia FPS counter on the stream/recording when I couldn’t before. Does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it?

you can set record overlays in the gamecapture source disable it!

I just have capture curser and use anti-cheat compatibility hook enabled.

and dont hook the window in the gamecapture automatic one scene per game one source per game

I make sure I make a new source for each game and it always has to match the exact program.
